Vanda nana

Description

Vanda nana (formerly Ascocentrum pusillum) is a super-mini species native to Asia.   There are other cute vandaceous guys, but this one takes the cake.  It stays absolutely minute and produces amazingly adorable pink flowers that form a tiny bouquet.  You won’t believe that the plant can bloom this tiny.  Vanda nana is a great choice for indoor growers because it prefers moderate to low light and will fit easily in your window sill (or your pocket).  Amaze your friends with your Tom Thumb-sized plant.
