Leptotes bicolor

$25.00

Leptotes bicolor is a terete-leaved miniature in the Cattleya Alliance.  Leptotes are an excellent choice for beginners to experts because they are very easy to grow and flower.  While most people grow Leptotes mounted, they can also been grown potted with minimal potting medium.  Plants bloom in late winter, and flowers last a few weeks.  The great thing is that they are very easy to bloom even if you don’t have a lot of light.  They are best grown in moderate light and intermediate to warm temperatures.  This is a plant that you can love whether you like plant form or you go more for flowers.  If you have never tried miniatures before, this is a great place to start.
