Michael Hwang –
It is a very good book but it is very old. It was published in 1995. It contains many useful information on each classic Cymidium goeringii variety. The information and format is comparable to Fuukiran Jiten (富貴蘭事典、315種の特徴と楽しみ方). At the end of the Cymbidium goeringi book, the index contains many useful terminology.
This book does not contain the most up to date new discovered varieties in the wild and new variety through line breeding (breeding of 2 coloured varieties for example).
Another problem with this book is that it doesn’t tell you how to grow Cymbidium goeringii. There are many other books out there that tells you how to grow them in detail.
