Aerangis is a small genus of miniature epiphytic orchids originating from the African tropics and characterized by white or cream-colored flowers that are huge (singly or in sprays) in comparison to the plant’s size. Flowers are often fragrant. These are great miniatures that grow well in lower light conditions. Plants enjoy high humidity. Those with fine roots like to stay on the moist side; those with thick roots like to dry out more (like their Vandaceous relatives).
